• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on boats, engines, and marine equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Install and upgrade marine systems and components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with customers. 

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a marine mechanic or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and boat mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate boats.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ABYC, NMEA) preferred.
